Mano Technology Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), which operates the naholo service (the "Service"), establishes and publishes this Privacy Policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, in order to protect Users' personal information and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly.

Article 1 (Items of Personal Information Collected and Purpose of Collection)

The Company collects personal information for the following purposes:

  • Email address: member identification, account authentication, service-related notices
  • Name, profile information (when provided through an external authentication service provider): display name within the Service
  • Payment information (processed by Polar): payment processing for paid services
  • Service usage records, access logs: service improvement, prevention of misuse

Article 2 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)

  1. The Company retains Users' personal information for the duration of Service use.
  2. When a User requests membership withdrawal, the Company shall destroy the corresponding personal information without delay.
  3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, when retention is required by applicable laws, the information shall be kept for the relevant period:
    • Records on contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years (E-Commerce Act)
    • Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years (E-Commerce Act)
    • Records on consumer complaints or dispute handling: 3 years (E-Commerce Act)
    • Records on access: 3 months (Communications Privacy Act)

Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The Company does not, as a general rule, provide Users' personal information to external parties. However, the following are exceptions:

  1. When the User has consented in advance
  2. When required by applicable laws
  • Polar (payment processing): payment processing and refunds — email, payment-related information

Article 4 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)

The Company entrusts personal information processing as follows in order to provide the Service:

  • Polar: payment processing and settlement

Article 5 (Users' Rights)

Users may exercise the following rights:

  1. Right to access personal information: Users may request access to personal information held by the Company.
  2. Right to request correction or deletion: Users may request correction or deletion when their personal information contains errors.
  3. Right to request suspension of processing: Users may request the suspension of personal information processing.
  4. Membership withdrawal: Users may withdraw at any time through the Service settings or customer support.

Article 6 (Use of Cookies)

  1. The Company uses cookies for User convenience in using the Service.
  2. Cookies are used to maintain the User's authentication state and to store service settings.
  3. Users may refuse cookie storage through browser settings; however, service use may be restricted in that case.

Article 7 (Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information)

The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:

  1. Encryption of personal information
  2. Technical measures against hacking and similar threats
  3. Restriction of access to personal information

The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to oversee personal information processing and to handle Users' complaints and remedies related to personal information:

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

This Privacy Policy may be amended, deleted, or modified in accordance with changes in laws, policies, or security technologies. Any changes will be announced within the Service.

개인정보처리방침

naholo 서비스(이하 "서비스")를 운영하는 마노기술주식회사(이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」 및 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 이와 관련한 고충을 신속하고 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립하여 공개합니다.

제1조 (수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 수집 목적)

회사는 다음의 목적을 위해 개인정보를 수집하고 있습니다.

  • 이메일 주소: 회원 식별, 계정 인증, 서비스 관련 공지

    • 대금결제 및 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록: 5년 (전자상거래법)
    • 소비자 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록: 3년 (전자상거래법)
    • 접속에 관한 기록: 3개월 (통신비밀보호법)

제3조 (개인정보의 제3자 제공)

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 다음의 경우에는 예외로 합니다.

  1. 이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우
  2. 법령의 규정에 의한 경우

  4. 회원 탈퇴: 언제든지 서비스 내 설정 또는 고객센터를 통해 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다.

제6조 (쿠키의 사용)

  1. 회사는 이용자의 서비스 이용 편의를 위해 쿠키를 사용합니다.
  2. 쿠키는 이용자의 인증 상태 유지 및 서비스 설정 저장에 사용됩니다.
